Your content
You are responsible for everything you post — posts, comments, messages, photos, videos and files. Only share content you have the right to share, especially photos of children. Content stays private to the Connect space it is shared in; we do not monitor it, and it remains the responsibility of the person who posted it.
Children’s records in School mode
When you add a child’s follow-up record in School mode (name, birth date, photo), you confirm that you are authorized to do so — as the child’s parent or guardian, or with the consent of their parent or guardian.
Reporting
Any illegal content is strictly forbidden. If you see illegal content, or anything you believe should be removed, you are responsible for reporting it — use the in-app report option or contact us — so we and the Connect space administrators can review it and remove it if needed.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or ban any user or Connect space that does not respect these rules, without notice when the situation requires it.
Plans and billing
New Connect spaces start with a three-month free trial. After that, the owner pays CAD $4.99 per month or CAD $54.99 per year per space, with every member included. Prepaid spaces receive 15% off for 10–49 spaces or 20% off for 50 or more; each space receives a single-use activation code. Payments are processed by our payment providers. If a Connect space expires or a subscription is not renewed, the space is archived and then permanently deleted.
